"Production Worker" Experience Account

My first encounter with production workers was in the spring of 1995. My hometown, Deyang in Sichuan, is a nationally renowned city known for its heavy industry—industry defines the city, and the city thrives on industry. Back in 1995, the city center was home to Deyang’s two major heavy industrial giants: China Second Heavy Machinery Group Corporation (China Erzhong) and Dongfang Electric Corporation. That year, my uncle officially took on the role of workshop director at Erzhong—a remarkable achievement at the time. Each work team had its own dedicated workshop director, who oversaw dozens of production workers below him. I distinctly remember that every time my uncle visited our home, he’d wear his signature olive-green work uniform, emblazoned with the words "China Erzhong." At the time, I couldn’t help but ask him why he always wore this particular outfit.

The Cool Reflections Big Data Brings to the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry

Looking back at history, the trendy term "big data" has actually existed for quite some time. However, it’s only in recent years—driven by the rapid growth of the internet and the information industry—that big data has truly captured widespread attention and sparked intense debate. Compared to conventional data, the defining characteristic of big data is its sheer scale: these datasets are no longer measured in gigabytes or terabytes, but rather in petabytes (10^15 bytes), exabytes (10^18 bytes), or even zettabytes (10^21 bytes)—marking an astronomical leap in volume.

Happiness, is it actually that simple?

Happiness is actually quite simple — Written by Jiang Yan What is happiness? This question has always lingered in my mind. This Spring Festival, when I returned home and watched my parents endlessly debating over how to prepare a single dish, as the family clinked glasses during the New Year’s Eve dinner, and as we chatted casually about everyday life with my parents, I suddenly gained a deeper understanding of what happiness truly means. So, while that warm feeling of happiness was still fresh, I quickly gathered my thoughts and penned down these words below as a heartfelt memento. After all, what is happiness? It’s a sensation—something that resides deep within each of us. Perhaps it’s listening to a beautiful piece of music or singing along to a favorite song; maybe it’s preparing a delicious feast and sharing heartfelt conversations with loved ones. Or perhaps it’s simply…

How to Approach Brand Building: A Brief Analysis Using Chengdu Dadi Hank as an Example

The phenomenon of brand imitation is particularly pronounced. The agricultural and livestock industry differs significantly from other sectors—not only in terms of each brand’s historical context but also in the target audiences they aim to reach. While these differences are clear, agricultural and livestock brands often end up rigidly copying the messaging strategies commonly seen in fast-moving consumer goods, finance, real estate, and automotive industries. To illustrate with a small yet simple example: slogans like "industry leader" or "global sales far ahead of the competition" have become all too common—almost formulaic in their execution.
