Monkey Year Heartfelt Words

Thank you   Touching   Hope

Another spring has arrived once again. Every time this season comes around, it naturally makes us reflect on the moments we’ve shared over the past year—or even the past few years—and the people who’ve stood by our side. We feel deeply inspired by our passionately lived lives, wholeheartedly celebrating every bittersweet experience along the way. And as life ebbs and flows with its ever-changing rhythms, we find ourselves adapting with resilience. More than anything, we’re moved to share a few heartfelt, soul-stirring words—words that might encourage and uplift those walking alongside us on this journey.

At this moment, I'd like to say:

Thank you ■ thanks

  • There are simply too many people to thank this year.

Thank you for this great era that allows us to have a business opportunity where we can both give and gain.

Thank you to our industry for maintaining stability even during the economic slowdown in 2015—despite the pig feed volume reaching 83.28 million tons, we still have the opportunity to deliver valuable services.

Thank you to every customer—whether or not the deal was closed—for your support and assistance;

Thank you for the company's well-executed strategic policies, which have once again led to a successful achievement of sustained growth through "maintaining two key metrics, fostering two new areas, strengthening group-wide efforts, and tackling challenging priorities."

Thank you to the dedicated efforts and warm support of our regional team members. Guangdong’s record-breaking performance fills me with immense pride, while Yunnan’s remarkable growth has truly surprised me. Hunan’s steady resilience gives me peace of mind, Fujian continues to demonstrate strong momentum after its impressive debut, and Guizhou’s dynamic rise and fall keep me both anxious and thrilled.

Thank you to every dedicated and admirable colleague—and beloved family member—working silently behind the scenes. There are simply too many people to thank individually, so please accept our heartfelt gratitude here and now.

At this moment, I'd like to say:
Touching Moved

Over the past year, there have been countless people and moments around me that deeply moved me—especially my family’s quiet support and selfless dedication.

The touching act of my 80-year-old father and mother, who continue to work diligently and independently in their hometown village—always reporting only good news and never sharing their worries—a selfless love that allows me to focus on my work with peace of mind, even through the gentle lie they tell.

Moved by how, during frequent business trips, the neighbors nearby offered words of encouragement—reminding him of his father's unwavering love—when their young child suddenly developed a high fever;

Touched by the family members' repeated efforts to send their child to school, rushing between hospital visits, delivering packages, helping others, and busily managing household chores; moved by the selfless, silent dedication and determined spirit of the team they belong to.

Moved by Renjie's dedication to learning, his commitment to putting it into practice, and his proactive drive to enhance himself by pursuing a doctoral degree in Beijing.

Moved by Deng Yifeng's decisive, thorough, and impeccably clean work style; moved by Yunnan Jingzhong's remarkable visiting skills and the superhuman wisdom that empowers others to succeed.

Touching Hunan's Yao Banghai for embracing the internet and showcasing跨界 thinking that blends speed with passion; touching Fujian's Li Jianpeng for his legendary camaraderie that knows no bounds.

The touching courage of Guizhou's Wang Yin to prioritize family over career in his choices;

Moved by the wisdom of drawing from countless sources, I stand ready for action—possessing the courage to move mountains with just four wheels, and the unwavering determination to keep my eyes on the sky while rooted firmly to the ground.

At this time of year, I was indeed moved.

Especially touching: The company's management team, centered around Chairman Yu Lin and General Manager Xiao Bing, is enhancing its system management capabilities.

Especially touched by Chairman Yu Lin's pioneering spirit, his philosophy of "great letting go leads to great gain," and his approach of effortless governance.

It was particularly touching to see General Xiaobing relentlessly pursuing truth and demonstrating a down-to-earth, pragmatic professional spirit.

Especially touching is how General Jianping uses wise words to polish the brand and ignite an unwavering belief in life.

Professor Bao Qingbin is particularly inspiring with his busy yet dedicated approach, leading by example and striving for excellence in scientific research.

Dr. Lü Jirong’s dedication to battling on the front lines is particularly touching, as she infuses products with the power of emotional technology.

Especially touched by Hongyu, the chief actuary, whose meticulous financial guidance ensures rigorous and standardized business operations.

Especially touching is Jiang Wei, General Manager of the Overseas Department, who exudes calmness and composure after shedding her superficial glamour.
The greatest wisdom lies in simplicity, and the highest form of management is excellence. Throughout the company's 24-year journey, we've cultivated a management model that is uniquely distinctive, deeply rooted in local culture yet globally oriented— a philosophy that has continuously nurtured my personal growth.

Especially touching: During our work together, colleagues from the post-80s generation—represented by Dr. Lei Yan, Dr. Yu Miao, and Dr. Wang Renjie—inspired me with their innovative thinking and enthusiastic dedication, reigniting my inner energy. Their straightforward approach to tasks, refreshing demeanor, passionate spirit, and remarkable ability to tackle challenges are truly inspiring and deeply moving.

Dr. Lei Yan is particularly inspiring for embarking on studies in South Korea at a young age, and upon returning after completing her education, she has brought cutting-edge global technologies and management expertise back to the company, helping to elevate product innovation and contributing internationally.

Dr. Yu Miao was particularly moved by his visits to the market to gather information, his diligent study of professional knowledge, his ability to internalize key concepts, and his genuine, pragmatic spirit.

Dr. Wang Renjie was particularly moved by his hands-on approach—walking through the market, visiting the workshop, examining raw materials, and even stepping into the pig farm to observe how things are put into practice on the ground.

A strong youth means a strong organization; a prosperous youth means a thriving team. It is you—representing the younger generation—who inspire and motivate me to keep moving forward and striving for progress.

At this moment, I'd like to say:

Wishing you all the best. Hope

I once arrived on the front lines brimming with boundless hope—and today, that same infinite hope still drives me forward. Ten years ago, full of youthful ambition, I dreamed of becoming a renowned designer: I’ve crafted business cards, revamped packaging, explored corporate identity systems, built websites, organized events, and even studied under master mentors. Influenced by friends in the design and creative planning community, I’ve also reaped some valuable gains along the way.

I have previously contributed to the design of the Dazhou Commercial Bank logo and, building on Mr. Ye Maozhong’s strategic vision, developed the provincial promotion plan for Shengxiang Flooring in Sichuan Province. I’ve also showcased my artwork in the Dazhou Evening News, left a subtle mark in the Chengdu Business Daily, and even secured a commercial feature in the first issue of Fussenme Home Furnishings Journal. Additionally, I’ve designed charming townhouses and crafted exquisite villas. My teachers recognize that I possess solid professional skills and independent capabilities in marketing and promotion.

Ten years ago, your dream was beautiful; ten years later, you’ve become the most beautiful dream—right on cue!

In 2003, I joined the company’s Planning Department with a dream of making a meaningful impact in the agriculture and animal husbandry sector. In 2007, after two years of promotion efforts that hit a creative and resourceful roadblock, I took the initiative to volunteer for frontline sales, stepping into product marketing. At the time, my motivation was simple: to gain firsthand insights into the market, analyze customer needs, and effectively establish our brand presence. My goal was to seamlessly connect back-office strategies with on-the-ground execution—staying true to my original aspiration, I decided to “measure” the mountain one step at a time. It's been 10 years already—even a short break is something to be proud of!
With everyone's care, I've witnessed the tremendous transformation of Hunan Province's market;

The sustained growth of Guangdong Province;

The turbulence of Yunnan Province;

Fujian Province's steady rise;

Guizhou Province's undulating landscape remains beautifully captivating;

As long as there's hope, anything is possible.
During this period, I successively pursued advanced studies at Tsinghua University’s MBA program in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, the EMBA program for Young Leaders in China Agricultural University’s Agriculture and Food Industry (Class of 2013), and the 223rd session of Shanren Information’s online marketing training. I have also published articles on topics such as "Regional Market Brand Promotion" and "Conference Marketing" in the industry media outlet *Feed Expo*. Additionally, a practical case study from the Hunan market was featured in Mr. Liu Shuncai’s book, *Marketing Can’t Be Taught*.

The author's marketing case from the Hunan market was featured in "Marketing Can't Teach You This" ↑↑↑

Looking back is nothing more than numbers, words, images, imprints, and a reflection of accountability to the organization—a valuable journey of growth and maturity throughout one's professional career. From the office to the market; from pre-marketing preparation to post-marketing execution; from working solo to collaborating with a team; from offline promotion to online commerce; from generalist approaches to laser-focused expertise—today, we remain endlessly hopeful as we move forward in 2016. As long as you have a dream, there’s hope; and as long as there’s hope, that hope can—and will—become reality.

Move forward together to embrace new hope ↑↑↑

Based on my 10 years of firsthand experience—starting from zero design knowledge to mastering high-end design, transitioning from admiring brands to actively promoting and implementing them in the market, going from never stepping out of my comfort zone to gaining real-world market expertise, evolving from working solo to collaborating effectively with a team, shifting from adding more elements to streamlining processes, moving from narrow-minded thinking to holistic, systems-based approaches, and ultimately progressing from initial confusion to gradual understanding—I’ve come to realize that these experiences will become invaluable assets as I continue my journey through life. We encourage everyone to embrace the trend, turn crises into opportunities, work together hand in hand, and move forward collectively to achieve new hope.

At this moment, I'd like to say a few words.

To the one who's setting off on a journey:

The road lies beneath your feet, while your dreams await ahead. Embrace hope, dare to soar with your aspirations, and carry gratitude in your heart—never forgetting the moments that moved you. Face challenges with courage, welcome change with open arms, and take bold steps forward. Be brave enough to own your responsibilities, yet remain genuine, authentic, and sincere in everything you do. Cultivate empathy, respect, and the ability to yield when necessary. Stay true to your core values, never losing sight of your original intentions. When you do this, you’ll unlock the power within, enabling you to go farther than ever before—and even touch the heavens with your spirit. Together, you’ll not only accomplish great things but also fulfill your deepest sense of purpose and meaning. Wishing each and every friend in my life a heartfelt reunion under the boundless sky of fate. I’m grateful for every cherished memory and every meaningful experience that has shaped who I am today. May infinite hope guide us all on this beautiful journey ahead.

Haitao at Home

The second day of the Lunar New Year in 2016

Jianping's Notes

Haitao was my closest colleague from the past; ten years ago, we fought side by side in the company’s Planning Department. This young man, brimming with ambitious ideals, one day, under the golden hues of Chengdu’s morning light, let go of his design aspirations, bid farewell to the 9-to-5 routine, and even stepped away from his once-trendy, artsy persona. He pushed through crowds, transcended hierarchical barriers, and broke through invisible walls—eventually picking up a book, stepping into a classroom, immersing himself in the vibrant marketplace, and embarking on a journey that took him far from his hometown, all while staying true to himself. Haitao is a quintessential example of an exceptional young professional: he grew up as a native son of the mighty Han dynasty, deeply rooted in his cultural heritage, yet remarkably adept at continuous learning and relentless self-improvement.
Haitao, who understands marketing, excels at planning, thrives in real-world execution, diligently reflects on his experiences, and eagerly shares his insights—on the second day of the Lunar New Year, at noon—he sent me this lengthy essay. At that moment, I was lazily dozing off under the gentle spring sunlight, when suddenly Haitao, filled with gratitude for others and brimming with heartfelt emotion, seemed to stand right before me as if it were early spring, calmly unfolding his hopes for the new year. And just then, spring itself blossomed brilliantly within my own heart.
Year after year, perhaps I’ll keep moving without pause— Life is hope, and hope is life. Believe that as we sow in spring, we’ll all reap in autumn.
