In response to the call from the CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi, and in alignment with the deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Dalian Commodity Exchange (referred to as "DCE") has, based on its cooperative exchanges with Tianshui City, Gansu Province, actively organized and mobilized market institutions this year to provide targeted support to Qin'an County, a nationally designated poverty-stricken county. This support has taken the form of initiatives such as earmarked donations and talent-training programs. On June 14, Li Zhengqiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the DCE, met with Wang Rui, Vice Chairman of the Gansu Provincial Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of the Tianshui Municipal Party Committee, during his visit to Qin'an to discuss ways to further strengthen poverty alleviation collaboration and paired assistance, deepen mutual exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the economic and social development of both Tianshui and Qin'an.

To illustrate with a small yet simple example: slogans like "industry leader" or "global sales far ahead of the competition" have become all too common—almost formulaic in their execution.
