He is Yang Zuoyang, an ordinary worker in the production workshop of the Great Emperor Hank.

His 11 years of workshop experience have given him a thorough understanding of every aspect of the production process—tasks like portioning, packaging, and material handling all come naturally to him.

After 11 years of doing the same job, it’s not physical stamina that’s being tested—but rather the endurance of one’s inner strength. At first, Yang Zuoyang wasn’t used to the smell of the workshop and even considered switching to a different role. But then, a small incident changed his perspective: During a meeting, he ended up getting upset with his boss, General Manager Li Xiaobing. Afterward, the boss personally called him, speaking with genuine care and concern: "Just keep doing your best—don’t worry about anything else." The boss’s approachable and warm demeanor deeply touched Yang, reinforcing his resolve. From that moment on, Yang focused wholeheartedly on his work, striving to improve himself—and more importantly, he began to feel a profound sense of responsibility toward his job.

Yang Zuoyang said that Dadi Hank Company has excellent leadership and a great boss. He was particularly touched because, with the help of Manager Li Yang from the company, his child was able to enroll in school in Wenjiang. Later, he even bought a house in Wenjiang and settled down there, leading to an increasingly happy life.

These days, the child is already 12 years old and in the second year of junior high school. Every evening when he comes home, I supervise his homework, and together with my spouse, we cook dinner. As a family, we enjoy warm and harmonious moments, which makes him feel truly happy.

Yang Zuoyang said he only has a junior high school education, so he can't really pinpoint how many distinct personality traits or unforgettable stories he actually has. However, over the years, the company's thoughtful humanistic care has made him feel the warmth of family.

Perhaps, in the eyes of some, Yang Zuoyang is just ordinary, even commonplace—his achievements aren’t earth-shattering or soul-stirring.
