To effectively break through the current crisis and unite efforts in safeguarding the foundation of the cattle industry, while deeply implementing the new development理念 to guide the modernization and transformation of China's national cattle industry, the 17th (2024) Cattle Industry Development Conference officially kicked off on August 24, 2024, in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia. The event was hosted by the China Animal Husbandry Association, the Department of Agriculture and Pastoral Affairs of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the People's Government of Tongliao City, with the China Animal Husbandry Association’s Cattle Industry Branch and the Tongliao Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Pastoral Affairs serving as co-organizers.
This year's conference spans two days, themed "Innovation Leads the Way, Breaking Through Challenges, Enhancing Quality and Efficiency, and Achieving Win-Win Collaboration." The event features a keynote report on high-quality development of the cattle industry, the unveiling of groundbreaking achievements in modernized beef cattle farming, the announcement of results from the public welfare campaign "Seeking the Cattle-Raising Expert," as well as an exhibition and sales showcase of cattle-related products and innovations. Attendees will also enjoy a beef cooking competition and a pre-made dish contest, alongside a delectable tasting session highlighting Tongliao’s renowned beef specialties. Additionally, there will be an impressive display of Tongliao’s remarkable advancements in the beef cattle industry. Over 1,000 industry leaders and professionals from across China’s cattle-related sectors have gathered to discuss pressing industry issues, explore new opportunities, and jointly shape the future of the thriving cattle business.
As one of the exhibition's most eye-catching booths, the Chengdu Dadi Hank brand display area (Booth No. 01-02) was bustling with visitors and radiating an energetic atmosphere.
