On the morning of October 23, Dr. Lü Jirong, Deputy General Manager of Chengdu Dadi Hank Biotechnology Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote presentation titled "Research and Application of Animal Feed Intake Regulation," sharing her expertise on topics such as feed intake regulation mechanisms and food signaling, the underlying principles and applications of taste and smell senses, the appetite-stimulating effects of meaty umami flavors, and the role of biotechnology in enhancing feed palatability.
