On May 28, with perfect temperatures and a gentle, refreshing breeze, the "Skill Showdown, Work Goes Wild" fun-filled labor competition—carefully organized by President Hank together with the district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau—kicked off amid cheerful laughter and lively chatter. Leaders from the district HRSS Bureau attended the event in person, joining all employees to celebrate this grand feast dedicated to workers.

The arrival of Director Qiu Xiaoyu from the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, along with Teacher Fu Yong from the Joint Service Center, brought the atmosphere at the event to a thrilling climax. This year, 14 enterprises in Wenjiang District have been recognized as 5A-level Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises, and Dadi Hank is proudly among them. Meanwhile, with strong support from the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the company successfully completed the establishment of its Harmonious Labor Relations Demonstration Site. Four speakers—Yu Miao, Pan Xuejia, Liu Chao, and Wang Tao—shared insightful interpretations of various chapters from the book "Wei You Dao," guiding everyone to deeply reflect on the essence and value of corporate culture. Meanwhile, Dr. Zheng Junhua, Vice President of Wenjiang District Third People's Hospital, and Dr. Su Yuanshou from the Emergency Department of Wenjiang District People's Hospital conducted training sessions on mental health and basic treatment for hypertension, equipping participants with valuable health knowledge. The two instructors not only explained, in clear and accessible language, the causes, risks, and preventive measures for mental illnesses and high blood pressure, but also transformed complex medical concepts into relatable real-life examples. A book club and training session themed "Smart Reading, Healthy Living" guided us on a transformative journey of nurturing both mind and body.
