Growth and Change

　　Time flies like an arrow, and the years pass swiftly like a shuttle—looking back on my journey at the company, I’ve experienced both joy and setbacks, innocent dreams as well as ambitious aspirations. There were moments of failure and sorrow, yet also times of triumphant celebration and bountiful success. Each of these moments has shaped who I am today, much like how our company’s melody, "Song of the Earth," weaves together the fabric of my life. I’m deeply grateful to my company’s leadership, especially our CEO, as well as all the caring supervisors and supportive colleagues who have been there for me. After all, it’s they who have provided me with invaluable opportunities and helped me build the platform for my career.

　　Looking back seven years ago, I was laid off from a state-owned enterprise and then took the plunge into entrepreneurship—only to end up losing a substantial portion of my family's savings due to my limited social knowledge, ultimately plunging me into a deep personal low.

　　On February 10, 2003, I was fortunate enough to join what is now Dadi Hank Biotechnology Company, thanks to the recommendation of Zhao, a respected senior leader from my former state-owned enterprise. When I first arrived at the company, everything felt unfamiliar—both the industry itself (which I had previously been in the grain sector) and the leadership team and my new colleagues. Before reporting to work, my family repeatedly urged me to stay motivated, keep learning, remain down-to-earth and steady, and always be honest, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic. They encouraged me to perform well at the company, seize every opportunity to transform myself—and even joked that if I kept being "wild," I’d end up becoming a "homeless wanderer" on my own! After undergoing company training and receiving support from my colleagues, I gradually became more comfortable with the products and processes. As time went by, the company ceased to feel foreign; instead, it started to feel like home. Many of my supervisors and coworkers not only became professional mentors but also close friends. Slowly but surely, I began to truly enjoy working here—and even grew to love the sales profession itself. Before long, I had overcome that initial sense of unfamiliarity, and life at the company turned delightfully joyful!

　　Nine years have passed—nine incredible years at the company, during which it has continuously nurtured my growth by equipping me with new knowledge and innovative ideas. Together, we’ve flourished and evolved over this period. Looking back 20 years ago, I’m deeply moved by the immense dedication and hard work my boss poured into building this company—a commitment that now transcends mere monetary value. Back in 1990, Dr. Yu Lin and his wife, the company’s chairman, embarked on a pioneering journey in a small county town in Sichuan, where they began testing their groundbreaking research成果. Thanks to their vision, China finally gained access to a domestically developed feed flavoring agent. In March 1992, Chengdu Dahua District Dadi Xiang Feed Store was officially established. By May 1993, the enterprise had rebranded itself as Chengdu Dadi Feed Co., Ltd., simultaneously securing the "Dadi" trademark registration. Then, in November 1994, the company relocated its production facilities to Hongshan Road in Chengdu, marking the start of an annual production capacity reaching 1,000 tons…

　　Along the way, China's largest and most advanced R&D and production base for feed flavorings has emerged. The company continues to break records and achieve remarkable milestones. In its journey of growth, it actively participates in both domestic and international seminars and has established collaborative research projects with numerous renowned universities at home and abroad. Today, the company boasts state-of-the-art production and testing facilities, including China's most advanced fully automated dedicated production lines for feed flavorings and sweeteners. Meanwhile, its in-house testing center is equipped with the world's most sophisticated GC/MS detection system, and it has built the country's largest and most comprehensive laboratory for feed flavoring applications, complete with an extensive animal feeding trial facility. As a result, the company has earned the reputation of being a "leading expert in feed flavorings" within the industry. Moreover, it has assembled a talented team comprising doctors, masters, and returned overseas scholars—experts who have devoted years to management, animal nutrition, and fragrance & flavor research. Over the past two decades, the company has experienced rapid growth, and its visionary leader continues to guide Dadi Ren in achieving even greater feats.

　　After nine years of growing alongside the company, I’ve experienced so much, seen countless things, and heard many stories. Yet, there’s still much more I need to learn and improve upon. I’ll redouble my efforts to keep up with the company’s rapid pace of development and contribute fully to its continued success. Most importantly, I’ll follow my family’s wise guidance—to transform myself and truly unlock my value!
