Growing up in the Great Emperor

　　Since graduating in 2002, I joined the Changchun branch of Oriental Hope Group, where I initially worked in marketing. From August 2006 until now, I’ve been dedicated to developing the Northeastern China market for the company—ten years have flown by in the blink of an eye. Over the past five-plus years with the company, I’ve gradually put down roots in Chengdu Dadi, often reflecting on how time has passed unnoticed. Throughout this journey, both the joys and the challenges have been beyond words.

　　On the occasion of the company's 20th-anniversary celebration, at this exhilarating moment, a new milestone for the company is also just around the corner—and several significant milestones in our history remain vividly etched in our memories.

　　In September 2006, the company relocated its base to the National Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industry Development Park, where it established China's largest and most advanced R&D and production facility for feed flavorings.

　　On July 13, 2007, the company relocated entirely to the National Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industry Development Park.

　　After the May 12, 2008 earthquake, the company's employees stood united and bravely withstood the disaster. The entire workforce donated 210,000 yuan to support the disaster-stricken areas and helped seven affected employees rebuild their homes.

　　The "General Technical Requirements for Feed Additive Flavoring Agents," issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the China National Standardization Administration, was released on April 9, 2008, and came into effect on July 1, 2008. This standard is designated as a national standard (GB/T 21543-2008) and represents the first-ever feed flavoring agent standard ever published in China to date. The standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, with drafting units including the Beijing Institute of Animal Science & Veterinary Medicine, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Chengdu Dadi Feed Co., Ltd. Notably, our company was the sole enterprise involved in the drafting process, with our Chairman Yu Lin and Deputy General Manager Bao Qingbin actively contributing to the development of this landmark standard.

　　In August 2008, based on six years of research findings, the sweetener molecule fusion technology achieved a groundbreaking success, and a production line dedicated to this innovative technology—invested at over 1 million yuan—was put into operation. This marked the launch of "Weiduotian," a revolutionary new sweetener product.

　　In September 2008, the company introduced Agilent Technologies' gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system from the United States, which is the newest and most advanced system of its kind.

　　From April 6 to 12, 2010, a delegation led by General Manager Li Xiaobing—including Overseas Business Division Manager Jiang Wei and Technical Service Department staff member Lei Yan—visited South Korea to explore the market.

　　On November 1, 2011, Mr. Miguel Angel Granero Rosell, Commissioner of the Animal Welfare and Feed Division at the EU Directorate-General for Health and Consumer Protection; Dr. Alberto Mantovani from the European Food Safety Authority; Ms. Wang Liwen, Director of the Feed Review Department at the China Feed Industry Association; Mr. Bai Fan, Director of the Sichuan Provincial Feed Workstation; and Mr. Li Zongming, along with a delegation of seven members, visited our company for an inspection and guidance tour. The company’s Chairman, Mr. Yu Lin, and General Manager, Ms. Li Xiaobing, personally welcomed the guests……

　　Looking back on the company's growth, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with emotions. From being a little-known, unassuming company to where we stand today—boasting the most advanced feed flavoring production line and state-of-the-art inspection and testing equipment, backed by a team of "high-caliber," cutting-edge professionals—we've also established the nation's first flavoring application research lab. Our sales network now spans north-south and east-west, reaching far beyond China to countries and regions like Southeast Asia, Russia, and Latin America. Moreover, we’re poised to further expand into markets such as the United States and the European Union, steadily nurturing and revitalizing a truly iconic national brand. As a member of this remarkable company, I’m deeply proud and honored to have grown alongside such an exceptional organization. Of course, this success wouldn’t have been possible without the thoughtful care and guidance from our company leadership, the seamless collaboration within our dedicated team, and, above all, the unwavering support from people across society.

　　Looking back on our journey so far, and facing the opportunities and challenges ahead, I am filled with confidence. After all, the company has created invaluable growth opportunities for me, providing a platform where I can truly showcase my worth and continuously evolve—gaining not only new skills but also the unwavering self-assurance that comes with personal development. In essence, the company’s growth is my growth as well. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable progress, and I feel deeply committed to contributing wholeheartedly to the company’s ongoing success.
