On January 4, 2010, just after celebrating the New Year's Day, a chance opportunity led me to DDC for an interview. Before that, I had only learned online that this was a feed additive company with an 18-year history. Although I’d already been working in feed marketing for nearly five years, I knew very little about feed flavorings—after all, their inclusion rate in feed ingredients is incredibly minimal. Yet, after chatting with Director Wan from the HR department and Dr. Lü, I realized this was a much larger and more challenging platform than I’d imagined. In the blink of an eye, two years have passed, and now I’m grateful for the decision I made back then. At DDC, I’ve gained so much—most notably, I’ve learned the invaluable skill of sharing.
DDC has journeyed through 20 years, nurturing a wealth of exceptional culture and cultivating profound depth—much like a fine aged wine that invites you to savor it slowly, sip by sip. Only then will you discover its endless aftertaste, leaving you deeply moved, reluctant to let go, and forever cherished.
Once, while traveling on a business trip with General Li, we discussed the true meaning of running a business. Her words left me profoundly respectful and inspired—she said her greatest joy lies in seeing our team of employees not only grow wealthier but also thrive physically and mentally, enabling them to work and learn with happiness and fulfillment. She expressed her heartfelt wish that the DDC platform she’s built would empower everyone to fully unleash their talents, ultimately allowing them to experience success and delight. At that moment, I was deeply moved—and it set me pondering for quite some time: What truly brings the greatest pleasure in life? And what does happiness really mean? I realized it’s not about how much wealth, happiness, or joy you personally possess, but rather how much of these blessings you’re able to share with others. In fact, the more you give away, the richer your own sense of fulfillment becomes.
Share blessings together, and stand together in times of hardship—this is the spirit of Liangshan’s heroes. As the saying goes, "Give a rose to others, and the fragrance lingers in your own hand," which makes our world a better place. I believe that because of our company’s culture of sharing, sweetness will spread across the vast lands of China—and even drift far beyond, reaching every corner of the globe.
