Yu Lin, Chairman, Honored as an Outstanding Figure in Wenjiang District's "Progressive Wenjiang People: A Gallery of 100 Elite Heroes"

On June 29, Wenjiang District of Chengdu City held a grand ceremony to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, as well as to recognize outstanding grassroots Party organizations, exemplary Communist Party members, top-performing enterprises, and distinguished individuals honored as "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" and "Progressive People of Wenjiang." Dr. Yu Lin, Chairman of DDC, was proudly awarded the title of "Progressive Wenjiang Person—100 Outstanding Role Models" and took the stage to receive the honor.

The "Progressive Wenjiang People: A Chronicle of 100 Outstanding Role Models" selection event was launched to deeply implement the spirit of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, the 13th Municipal Party Congress, and the 14th District Party Congress. It aims to vigorously promote socialist core values, uphold the city’s core spirit centered on "progressiveness," and ensure that "progressiveness" becomes an intrinsic trait of Wenjiang, deeply embedded in the hearts of its people. By recognizing and celebrating these exemplary role models, the initiative seeks to inspire and guide residents across the district as they strive to build "Five Cities," leveraging high-end development to achieve "West Control," embracing green practices to fulfill the "West Control" vision, and wholeheartedly supporting Chengdu's mission to become a national central city that fully embodies the new development philosophy. In total, the event will identify and honor 100 outstanding individuals from throughout the district.
